Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and rates vary based on location. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking:
Once your order of Christian Apparel has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the link provided in the email.

Shipping Restrictions:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All shipments require a physical address for delivery.

Returns Policy

Our Guarantee:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Return Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are non-refundable.

How to Return:

  1. Email our customer service team at hello@hopefulthingsapparel.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Print the label and affix it to your package.

  3. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@hopefulthingsapparel.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@hopefulthingsapparel.com.
